Making A Reservation

Making a reservation for your pet is similar to making a reservation at a hotel: once you make a reservation you are committing to it, and we hold that spot specifically for you. To make a reservation, we need to know the exact days and times of your pet’s arrival and departure. We have two blocks of drop-off and pick-up hours, Monday – Saturday: 9-11 am & 5-6 pm (Sunday: 10-11 am & 5-6 pm). These designated hours allow our lodgers to peacefully enjoy their surroundings without the interruptions of people and fellow canines coming and going all day. We are a small facility with an open layout, and public traffic often disrupts our lodgers and their daily routines.

For those who have never boarded with us and are considering our services, we want to show off our beautiful facility without infringing upon our lodgers. So as a way to make sure you feel comfortable leaving your pet with us and with keeping true to our promise to never disrupt the pets that are lodging with us, we welcome you to tour our facility online, and when you come to drop off your pet, you will see that how we look online is how we look in person. You will be able to meet the owners/operators in person, and you may be able to take a sneak peak where your pet will be. If you need more information than our website provides, we encourage you to visit us on Facebook (paws-n-wiskers resort) where you can see how much fun our lodgers have. We also encourage you to call with any questions or concerns you may have. While you are gone, you are able to call at anytime to check and see how your pet is doing. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the pets in our care as well as their owners’.

Thinking about making a reservation in the fairly distant future, but you don’t know the exact dates? In order to make the reservation, we need exact dates and times. Keep in mind that we book up quickly, and once a run becomes available at a specific time, we are usually able to fill it. Also remember that you are able to make changes up to 5 days before your reservation (up to 30 days for reservations over Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year’s, & Spring Break) without having to pay additional fees.
